Developer tools that run in your browser tab
InTab is a browser-based toolkit for developers. It runs and debugs code, formats and validates data, compares files, audits .env files, sends API requests, draws architecture diagrams, searches a bundled API reference, and answers coding questions through AI models you connect with your own key.
Every tool runs locally in the page, and the work stays on your machine. There is no account, no sign-up and no login screen — open in-tab.se and the tools are ready. The only outbound requests are the ones you start yourself: an AI prompt to your own model provider, or an encrypted backup to your own Google Drive or OneDrive.

Privacy by default
- Sandboxed locally — Code runs in isolated Web Workers and WebAssembly with strict timeouts.
- Encrypted at rest — API keys and workspaces are sealed on-device with AES-256-GCM.
- Direct connections — AI queries and cloud backups connect directly from your browser with zero middleman.
- Zero tracking — Strict Content-Security-Policy with no third-party scripts or analytics.
Optional Cloud Sync is the only feature that writes to a cloud account, and it is off until you connect one. It stores a single encrypted snapshot in a hidden app folder — the drive.appdata scope on Google Drive, which cannot read any other file in your account.
